Dosage Guide
Beginner: Rice grain-sized (~25mg) — Once daily, evening. Kava can cause mild lip/tongue numbing. This is normal. Start small.
Standard: Pea-sized (~50mg) — Once daily. Dissolve in warm water or take sublingually. Effects in 15-30 minutes.
